How we build

What we can promise, and how we keep it

Every Elastic Bean product is built the same way. This page lists only what's true of all of them today.

  • database

    Your data is kept apart

    Each customer's data is separated inside the database itself, and automated tests on every build check that one customer can never see another's.

  • lock

    Signed-off means it can't change

    Records are append-only. Signed-off records can't be edited, and corrections become new versions.

  • how_to_reg

    AI never makes the final call

    Where a product uses AI, it suggests and a named person decides.

  • support_agent

    Support access needs your permission

    Staff support access needs the customer's permission and is recorded.
